Thank you for shopping with us at Enrich Operations. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return and refund policy below.

Returns

  • We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • To be eligible for a refund, the product must be returned in its original condition and packaging.

  • If you wish to return your product for reasons other than it being faulty, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Faulty Items

  • If your product is faulty or not functioning as described, please contact us immediately with your order details and a description of the issue.

  • In the case of a verified fault, we will cover the cost of return shipping and issue a full refund once the product has been received and inspected.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email about the status of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
